Sarawak wants Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to remain as the prime minister because he can be trusted to carry out his duties and he always listen to the grievances of the people.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Abang Openg said today, this was evident by Najib’s respond to Sarawak’s claims on the state’s rights which were eroded since the formation of Malaysia.
“The prime minister had pledged to restore Sarawak’s rights if they are proven and enshrined in the agreement for the formation of Malaysia.
“Sarawakians are very fortunate, do not change Datuk Seri Najib. We must ensure that Datuk Seri Najib remain as the prime minister,” he said when opening the annual general meeting of Bawang Assan, Dudong, Pelawan, Bukit Assek and Nangka branch of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) in Sibu.
